Getting your child to love learning is an important job.  Helping them learn how to read and write makes them feel accomplished, and so we offer many different strategies and tips to help you, (the parents) with that very important task. 

• To get your child to love reading, help them chose books that they are comfortable reading, books that are at their reading level, and encourage them to ask questions about things that are new to them or things that might be hard to understand.

There are many websites that offer helpful tips for parents to use, and below you will find a few we think will be helpful.

Practice Makes Perfect:

•   This is the BBC education website.  It has resources for Math, English, Science.
